If your lash bands arrive damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Email support@cunibloom.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Attach clear images showing the damaged product upon arrival.
- Ensure the product is fully visible in the images, highlighting defects.
- Once verified, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges on damaged or defective items.If approved, a replacement item will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
